Frequently asked questions

Until when can I order?

Orders are collected until 2 days before the end of the month (the exact date is at the top of the site). Then everything is ordered at once.

When will my order arrive?

About 2 weeks after the closing date. You will hear as soon as your parcel is ready.

Why is the brochure from Poland?

Avon isn’t officially sold in the Netherlands, and ordering through Avon Germany costs about 30% more. That’s why we order from Avon Poland. On this site every product shows its English name and price in euros (€1 = 4 zł). The euro price is what you pay.

How do I order by number?

Every product in the brochure has a 5-digit number. Type the number and quantity under ‘Order by number’ and the product goes on your list.

How do I pay?

After you order you will get a confirmation with the total amount and payment details.
